- Please give us at least 7 days notice before your event.
- We kindly ask for a 25% deposit at the time of ordering. Please note this is non-refundable
- Any remaining balance must be paid within 48hours of the event.
- If your event is less than 7 days away then full payment is required at the time of ordering.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be non-refundable/transferrable due to the nature of us using fresh produce.
Delivery
- We are happy for you to collect your order from The Glowsticks Project in Middlesbrough. Please note this MUST be by appointment.
- Alternatively we are happy to offer free deliver of your order within a ten mile radius. For distances further than this please ask for a quote.
